Team Headshots Session Pricing

All Prices are inclusive of GST

Team and Staff headshots can occur at our studio, your office, or any other Brisbane location. If you want us to come to your workplace, there is a $150 travel and setup fee.

Includes:

• Photographs in High Resolution, "Internet" Resolution and Email Signature Resolution
• Unlimited Commercial Usage Rights for print and internet
• Executive photoshopping so people look their absolute best but still look like them
  ** Cleaning up stray hair, reducing dark circles under eyes, minimising a double chin, nervous posture correction,  removing glare from glasses, toning, removal of skin blemishes such as acne, shaving rash, flaky makeup, skin softening if needed, oily skin, red reduction and even more - nearly anything is possible we want, you to look your best but look like you and be proud to share with the world. 
• Real-time viewing of photos so that people get photo/s they love
• Posing and facial coaching to convey the message and brand and also look their best.
• Expert advice on preparation and wardrobe choice
• Respect, decorum, efficiency and professionalism are assured

4-9 People: $120 per photograph

We recommend allowing 60 - 90 minutes of actual shooting time.

10-19 People: $105 per photograph
We recommend allowing 2 to 4 hours of actual shooting time.

20 - 30 People: $90 per photograph

We recommend allowing 4 to 5 hours of actual shooting time.

31-100 People: 

Larger teams or conference coverage may require a quote to suit your specific requirements. 

Hair and Makeup: $180/person

We have an outstanding hair and makeup artists we can organise for you should you wish to look your best and make it a special day.

Group Photo - Same price as the applicable to your number of people per person price as listed above 

Team photos taken in one photograph. It comes with all the same inclusions as individual photos, including executive retouching where required. 

Group Composite Photograph: $200/photo **

We photograph each person individually full-length in addition to the headshots, then cut them out one at a time and create a single photo.

This is especially useful when there are staff changes. It means you do not have to have another "photo day" and get everyone together again. Send your new hire to our studio. We photograph them, and we can supply the headshot and the amended group photo that we keep on file with the new person added to it.

Content business photography for websites and marketing

** Also only available in conjunction with team headshots 

These are usually things like photographs in a boardroom, people answering phones, “action” shots of people at work, team meetings, client meetings etc. 

We supply these cropped and colour corrected so you can pass them on to your website designer, social media manager, and marketing team. 

if you need high-level editing on any of the photographs, this can be done for an extra fee and on a photo-by-photo basis. Nearly anything is possible.

$300/hour.
